1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

3.3 Capacity and Competence

Individuals who are prohibited from gambling by court order, self-exclusion from any gaming establishment, or under any applicable legal restriction are ineligible to use bola888.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on bola888. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bola888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any such information if it changes. bola888 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any Wager placed using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. bola888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bola888 may require identity verification at any stage of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where we have reason to verify your identity under applicable compliance requirements. Required documents typically include a copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address where applicable. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bola888 may result in Account restriction or closure.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bola888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 for all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your Account verification status. Premium deposit limits may be available for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfer methods. bola888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Currency

bola888 operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Balances, Wagers, Bonuses, and Withdrawals are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion fees are applied by bola888; however, if your payment method involves a foreign currency, your provider's exchange rates will apply.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. If your preferred withdrawal method is unavailable, our support team will assist you with an alternative. Withdrawals are processed to accounts held in your own name only.

6.2 Processing Times

bola888 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval
• DuitNow / FPX: 5–15 minutes from approval
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes from approval

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during weekends, Malaysian public holidays, or during periods of high withdrawal volume. bola888 does not guarantee withdrawal completion within these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers or banking networks.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of real money funds are available at any time subject to Account verification status. Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds remain subject to applicable rollover requirements before becoming withdrawable. bola888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account Balance meets the minimum requirement.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

bola888 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum rollover requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard rollover requirements range from 15x to 20x the bonus amount. The applicable rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bola888 actively monitors account activity for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to complete rollover requirements with minimal risk (bonus laundering), systematic exploitation of low-edge games to complete rollover, or participation in bonuses through multiple accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance forfeited, winnings voided, and the Account suspended or permanently closed.

7.4 Referral Bonus

The referral bonus (RM38 per qualifying referral) is credited once your referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold. Self-referrals and referrals between accounts belonging to the same individual or household are not permitted and will be voided.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All Wagers are subject to acceptance by bola888. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Wager at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Wagers placed after an event has commenced (live betting) are subject to our in-play betting rules as displayed on the relevant betting interface.

8.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and event type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. bola888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at its discretion, including in response to observed betting patterns.

8.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, duplicate event listings, or technical malfunctions — bola888 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes to the Account Balance at its sole discretion. The existence of a manifest error will be determined by bola888 and its decision shall be final.

8.4 Result Disputes

Match results are determined based on official statistics from the relevant governing body (e.g., the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the governing body's official determination shall be conclusive. bola888's decision regarding the settlement of any Wager is final and binding.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bola888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in relation to any Wager
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies — commonly known as "arbing" or "sharbing"
• Engaging in bonus laundering or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent
• Attempting to process deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of bola888's staff
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's code or data

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bola888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, game assets, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bola888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bola888.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in the termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bola888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bola888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bola888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by bola888

bola888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe
• The Account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. We will process your closure request and return any remaining real money Balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for 24 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per month after the 24-month inactivity period, applied until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

13 Responsible Gambling
